A: Our main focus is the production of ½” through 2” polyethylene in LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE & HDPE. Trinus produces CSA, NSF approved products, as well as uncertified products in a wide array of standard coil and reel lengths. top ^
Q: Your catalog doesn’t show a particular size of coil / reel, can I get a custom size?

Q: I buy a variety of poly pipe, how can I or my staff tell them apart?
A: Trinus pipe is not only sequentially marked for your convenience, it is also denominated by a colored cap system which visually allows you to identify the product even from a far away distance, while keeping damaging debris or water from contaminating the pipe. top ^
Q: Do you manufacture PVC, CPVC, ABS or any other type of pipe?
A: No, currently our focus is on polyethylene and it’s ever expanding market. top ^
Q: Do you manufacture / distribute fittings?
A: No, we solely manufactures pipes and tubes. But we would be happy to refer you to a company that does. top ^
Q: I am an independent contractor, can I buy 1 or 2 rolls of pipe from you directly?
A: No, Trinus products are sold by distributors only and supported by a wide network ranging throughout Canada and the United States. Please contact us for an authorized distributor. top ^
Q: If I have a small stocking order, can I send a company vehicle for a pick-up?
A: Yes, we welcome pick-up orders. Please call in advance to make sure your order is completed and ready to be dispatched. top ^
Q: What is the difference between CSA / NSF certified pipe and uncertified pipe?
A: Both products are made with great care, precision and choice materials, the difference being that CSA / NSF pipes are manufactured in accordance with listed guidelines in order to adhere to safety codes provided by your local safety standards commission. top ^
Q: Are all of your pipes and tubes black?
A: While most of our polyethylene products are black, we also produce a blue submersible well pipe and natural /white LDPE and HDPE medical tubing to name a few. top ^
Q: Does your pipe have any UV protection?
A: Yes, our pipe is manufactured with a UV inhibitor to stave off any damage the sun may cause from over exposure. top ^
